This was fantastic with my baked corned beef yesterday. We did not have time on St. Patrick's day (my birthday), so I made it for Easter.

  1. In a small bowl whisk together horseradish, mustard, mayonnaise, ground red pepper and sour cream.
  2. Store in refrigerator until use so the flavors will meld.
