  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Arrange the bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix the garlic, olives, 2 tablespoons olive oil, basil, and parsley. Spread basil mixture over bread slices. Top bread slices with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown..
