This is a quick meatloaf flavored with a sweet brown sugar and ketchup glaze. Placing the meatloaf in a 9x13 pan saves cooking time and allows more even flavoring of the sweet & yummy glaze. Makes excellent leftovers for meatloaf sandwiches.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix the ketchup and brown sugar.
  3. In a seperate mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into pan.
  4. Spread brown sugar ketchup glaze on top of meat mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
