Crisp-tender steamed green beans are paired with cherry tomatoes and seasoned with onion, celery, garlic and lemon in this refreshing side dish. This is a great way to prepair green beans with out adding lots of fat to your diet. also with out cooking out your vegtables vitimans.

  1. Clean and steam green beans in steamer or rice cooker. Place in a large bowl cut in 1 inch peices with kitchen shears; add thin sliced chopped onion and tomatoes, then stir chopped celery into bean / tomato mixture. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables; toss to coat. Feta Cheese optional. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
