Combine butter, chicken, 1/2 of hot sauce, & garlic in sauce pan. Saute until chicken is done --- shred. Place chicken & all other ingredients (including remaining hot sauce) into slow cooker. Stir, cover, & cook on low for 3-4 hrs.
** NOTE ** Remember when cooking w/ dairy products (milk & sour cream), if cooked too long, dairy products will curdle. Keep cooking time for this soup to four (4) hour max.
