Bread in a jiffy using good old barley pop.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and beer. Mix just until blended.
  3. Add in: chopped peppers shredded cheese, herbs and spices, etc.
  4. Scoop into prepared baking pan.
  5. Pour melted butter on top of loaf.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until bottom of loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
