In a ziplock baggie squish together honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic, olive oil and pepper. Add fish to bag, remove as much air as possible and set down to marinade for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
While baking pour reserved marinade into a small skillet to reduce to a glaze consistently. Spoon glaze over fish, and serve immediately.
Goes well with a brown rice mix dish and veggies or a salad.
