This recipe is my favorite. It is very tender. Serve with a nice fresh salad and a vegetable.

A very good recipe version with my own personal changes....I used 6 drumsticks so I halved the ingredients and also added 1 tsp italian spice and mixed 1/2 cup cornmeal with 1/2 cup bread crumb...

I like your extra inputs..makes it more thorough for those of us who don't get to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Very good recipe and a nice change in flavor for the same old chicken leg.
