  1. In a medium skillet over low heat brown ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds with cooking spray. Once browned, take off heat and cool.
  2. In a small saucepan bring oil, sugar, and vinegar to boil for 1 minute. Cool. Add soy sauce. MAY NOT NEED TO BOIL USING SUCRALOSE ??
  3. In a large bowl , combine shredded cabbage, carrots, chopped green onions and mandarin orangnes. Add the noodle and soy sauce mixture. Toss to coat. Serve.
  4. Keep the crunchies, the veggies and the dressing in separate containers until ready to serve.
