  1. brush eggplant and zucchini with olive oil and season with greek spice, grill on on charbroiler or bbq.
  2. clean and core avocados, puree together with mayonaise, garlic and lemon juice
  3. slice and toast bun on grill or bbq. spread avocado mayo on both top and bottom of inside of bun. place grilled vegetables on bun, then tomato and top with feta cheese. slice in half and serve .
