Excellent and easy!! I tried to make as close as written...but reduced bread crumbs to 3/4 Cup. I also added a few sprinkles of red pepper flakes since I used bulk breakfast sausage. I think a nice Italian sausage would be great tasting! Someone said to use a quality spaghetti sauce, and I used cheap Hunts. I liked the flavor, but it was very watery in the bottom of the pan (which I froze for soup stock). I used a "pizza blend" cheese which was perfect. I did NOT brown the sausage and was a bit concerned that it wouldn't be cooked enough, but it was after 55 minutes! Three med sized zucchini were just right. Baked at 360 degrees because of high altitude. Will definitely make again!
