Fresh Broccoli Salad

Love this recipe. I didn't have any wine vinegar but I had rice vinegar. I find it sweet so I only added about 2 tsp. of sugar. I plumped my raisins in warm water as "Phoebe" suggested and I also added diced apple. This was a hit at the party we went to. Thanks!

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups

Family loved it! Cooking the asparagus ahead of time wasn't necessary because mine were thin. Because I didn't have any tarragon I used Marjoram and it was awesome! I also put some of the sauce on the inside and that worked great. I experimented with blue cheese crumbles in addition and I liked it (hubby not so much). I kept the bread crumbs off mine and it was equally delectable...and impressive!

Three Packet Slow Cooker Roast

I always use the cans of mushroom soup, cream of celery, etc. This is way more flavorful. I was surprised that with only 1 cup of water it produced so much sauce.

Easy Swedish Meatball Sauce

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon

I cut the garlic and oil to 1 T and the butter to 1/4 cp. I don't like cooking with that much oil as this is naturally an oily fish. It is an incredible recipe and will definitely use again! Thank you!

Potato Casserole

1/2 recipe serves 6 easily. After sautéing the onions, I drained 1/2 of them and mixed them with the other ingredients. The remainder I mixed with the cornflakes and put on top of casserole. Be sure to cover with foil until last 15 minutes.

I followed your revised version and it has been the BEST recipe that ALL my family, close friends, pot luck group, cork and fork group LOVE THIS RECIPE. People should follow your version and scrap the one posted. Id give MARY"S version a 10! the one posted...a 6.

The Easiest Butterscotch Pie

this recipe is SUPER awesome! i make it for every occasion. i do fold a TINY bit of whip topping to the pudding before I pour into the graham crust....and i follow the rest of the recipe. Its great and everybody loves it. If I use Lemon pudding..I add a tsp of lemon zest to the pudding mix as well as I sprinkle a little on top of the topping...for a little color and zingg. HA!!!YUM!
