Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Taste is just like Wendy's (fast food chain) chili which is a compliment! I love their chili! I only added 1 lb. of meat. We like our chili a little less on the thick side and add crackers or frito's and cheese. Would be good with a hot dog on a bun too!

If you have a sweet tooth, this is for you! I added extra walnuts and glad I did because it gave more texture. Cook for at least 4-5 hours. I've made this a few times and if you cook for what the recipe suggests, it will be undercooked and goopy.

Easy OREO Truffles

Simple and fun! Add them for decoration to a cake or decorate them with fun colored sprinkles. I might make these and add other candies to make spiders on Halloween. I have a 3 yr old Spidermand fan!

Used artificial lime juice, red onion (for a little of the sweetness), garlic powder and no cayenne but added a jalapeno. To get flavor without the heat from the jalapeno, take out the veins and seeds before you add it.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is the BEST bread recipe. It's very moist but I did tweak it a little to make it even better. I added walnuts to only the top to give a different texture but didn't mix them into the bread. After greasing the bread pan, I coated the pan with cinnamon sugar to add just enough flavor with each piece cut. 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon. Perfect!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I wanted to submit a picture but before I could find the camera, half of it was gone! The chocolate chips melt inside and are like the frosting. Making my mouth water just thinking about it! I made it again a couple of days later and put it in 2 loaf pans to give away and everyone loved it.

Ilove this cake, but I used butter/yellow cake mix with vanilla pudding. I save some chocolate chips to melt and drizzle over the top, then sprinkled with powdered sugar. This recipe is a delicious, moist cake! Used Often.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Fabulous beef stew, I did use Corinne's suggestions (with red wine, yum!) and I will be using this as THE beef stew recipe. I had always used the McCormick packet recipe but all of the other additions really makes it company worthy! Enjoy.
