My husband made a request that I make chocolate mousse sometime in the week, so this is the recipe I came across. And oh my gosh...he loved it! It was so easy but really rich and airy. I made it exactly as the recipe indicated, with no changes and it was fantastic. I used Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate, since it has such a different (and better) flavor than Nestle morsels, so I would suggest that. I may add a tablespoon or two of espresso the next time I make it, but just for experimentation's sake. The recipe is great just as it is.
