Cranberry Chutney

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2014
I will never use canned cranberry sauce again! Great recipe, easy and delicious. I adjusted the seasoning amounts as advised by other reviewers. I added orange juice and zest. Left out the cloves, because I didn't have any. I cooked the sauce about 12 minutes before adding the apple. Then another 5-8 minutes with the apple. I ate it with chicken salad for lunch. Keeper recipe!!!!!

Nana's Acorn Squash

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2014
I have no doubt that this recipe is fantastic with all the butter and brown sugar but I used 1.5 teaspoons butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar and it was great.

Easy Mouthwatering Baked Ravioli

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2014
This recipe was easy and delicious. I used frozen cheese ravioli and added water to the sauce as advised by another reviewer. You will have to increase the baking time if you use frozen ravioli. The fresh spinach disappears in the layers of cheese, sauce, and pasta. This recipe is a keeper. Yummy!

Holiday Hot Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2014
Possibly the best spinach dip I have ever had. I did add more cream than was called for to get a better dip consistency. Have made this on several occasions with positive feedback from everyone who tried it.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2014
Good basic meatless stuffed peppers (especially for a Friday during Lent). I left out the feta (forgot about it) but didn't miss it during dinner. I also used red, orange, green, and yellow bell peppers. The colors were very nice for presentation. (Leftovers were good as well.)

Lemon Sauce II

The orange flavor does overpower the lemon, but the lemon is still present. Overall a nice simple topping.
