This bread came out perfect, not dense at all. As a matter of fact, it pretty much exploded when rising in the loaf pans. I ended up with an airy, moist, tender bread. I only used 1/4 cup of sugar as suggested by other viewers which in my opinion left it lacking a little in taste. As is, it would be perfect for a sandwich bread (I don't usually bake bread to use as sandwich bread); I normally make bread to eat buttered as part of our meal. I think next time I will use more sugar to get the sweeter flavor or use 1/4 cup of sugar again and add some herbs instead to enhance the flavor. I will definitely make again. Even though I want to enhance the flavor some, I still think this is a 5 star plus recipe.
