I really appreciate food in its simplest form without seasoning. I think it's most important to look for fresh and organic ingredients in order to achieve the best taste naturally, before maximizing the flavor potential with seasoning. I hate heavy foods that make me feel stuffed and exhausted like I just went to a Chinese buffet. Ultimately I am simple and organic, and I think my foods reflect that pretty much.
