Absolutely delicious. Followed the recipe exactly except for the glaze. I substituted the white sugar with confectioners sugar. I took the bread out of the oven after 50 minutes and brushed the glaze on. Put it back in for 10 more minutes. It was done so I removed it and sat it on a cooling rack. After 10 minutes I glazed it again. I had never used a glaze before (always a frosting) so I was afraid when I saw how runny it was. But, after it cooled it had a beautiful glaze to it and almost a tad crunchy. Be sure to cover it and refrigerate it. It tasted more delicious and flavorful after it was cold.
