This recipe sounded like it would be really good, but I was disappointed in the results. It's possible that it is something I did wrong, but the recipe is pretty straight forward. So I don't think so. I didn't have any tilapia, so I used halibut, and only 3 6 ounce pieces. I doubled the almond parmesan mixture thinking I would have some left to use at another time, I glad I did because I used all of it. I baked the fish in a NuWave oven which generally takes less time than a conventional oven, and lightly spritzed the fish with olive oil before baking. (This may have been part of my problem.) Aside from the couple of changes mentioned, I followed the recipe exactly. At any rate, the coating was not crispy at all. My husband said he liked it, but I thought one of the tastes was a bit overpowering. I also think it could have been better with a little more seasoning, possibly garlic. As it is, I didn't think it had much flavor. I may try this recipe again, but next time I will use different spices, and possibly less parmesan cheese.
