I tried this recipe on a pork tenderloin that was already stuffed with apple/cinnamon, therefore, I didn't add any more apples to it. Did everything else the same except the gravy. I made a quick, store-bought. I kept the pork in the fridge overnight in the marinade. I used my slow cooker and put onions in the bottom as a base. I let it cook on low for 6 hours. It was delicious. So tender, you didn't even need a knife to eat it. I will be using this recipe again!
