I'm a Chef at the Hospice of Marion 'Legacy House'. My wife and I have been married for just over 26 years, and We now have three children and two granddaughters.
My favorite things to cook
To name a few.. BBQ Pork Ribs, Roasts, Fish (salmon), Steaks & Pasta dishes. In general, good ole' fashioned stick to your ribs food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My wife and son enjoy cooking as well. So anytime we're in the kitchen cooking together, that's us making family tradition.
My cooking triumphs
A few things we've (family and friends) enjoyed are; My Ribs, BBQ Sauce, Blackened Salmon, Caramel/Dill Salmon, Roasts, Brisket, & Cakes, Pizza & breads from scratch.
