I really liked this, easy and simple. I would say to add a little more sugar. Used white vinegar instead. Not one of my favorites but will make again on a lazy day!

not sure what we did wrong, but they seemed alittle soggy. Guessing was my oil. Did have a very good flavor and made quite a big batch.

Mom's Applesauce Pancakes

agreed! My ten year old said those where the best pancakes EVER! lol. I covered mine with honey butter (recipie from AR) and the boys with syrup. Wonderful change of pancake pace.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

My family loved this, used diced tomatoes instead of stewed, just because is what i had on hand. otherwise made to order and was so yummy. Served with chicken flavored rice. No leftovers on this one!

Pollo Fajitas

Made recipe to the letter (added a chopped tomatoe to the meat mixture at the end, had one to use up) and it was AMAZING! I choose not to encase it in a tortilla, but the rest of the family did and not one morsal left in the pan. We also made guacamole and topped with that along with some salsa. WILL make again and again. Just wish I would have taken a picture as it looked to colorful and yummy.

My rolls didn't seem to want to rise. Baked them, and they were a little heavy. Will have to research a little on bread making. Not my strong suit. Going to keep trying though.

Morning Glory Muffins I

Will be making these again soon. I did add a handfull of blueberries and sub the apple butter with 1/2 c applesauce. Also a tsp of nutmeg, and sub walnuts with almonds. Think the walnuts would be a big plus for me, just didn't have any on hand today. Thanks, love this one...someone commented that there is very little batter and to much fruit and veggies. IMO, that's just how i like it

Slow Cooked Apple Brown Betty

Was a little leary, but it turned out wonderfully. Sub the bread for a cup of crushed cinnomon grahm crackers. Added tsp of lemon juice to apples along with some cinnomon and stired. grahms on top and butter. Was so yummy
