Best Spanish Rice
I didn't have any onion in the house so I used a minced clove of garlic that I browned in the oil (key is to let the garlic heat with the oil, always start with a cold pan). Then I used a wild rice combination (Royal Blend, Rice Blend) that has Texmati white, brown, wild, and red. It was very colorful and not bland at all! Also used a mexican brand of medium salsa that was NOT chunky.
