About this Cook
I'm 25 and a mommy of 2. Married, and have finally got a grasp on this cooking thing. I now prefer to only cook in the crock pot and am a whiz at throwing together random dishes.

catching cookies on fire, blowing up microwaves, burning banana bread, baking banana bread in a cake pan.... and the list goes on..

Fudge
I'm giving this a 5 for a few reasons. 1: it's just plain awesome. 2: it cured my chocolate craving with only half a block because of how chocolatey mine turned out. 3: my daughter refuses to eat it, which means more for me, and it'll last longer! Horrah! Passed the recipe along to some friends who are excited about the easiness of the recipe.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
The cookie itself is fantastic. didn't add anything. The only thing I didn't add was Raisins because I didn't have any. My husband despises oatmeal cookies, he can't keep his hand out of the cookie jar with these. I used tablespoon and still got over 40 cookies. It made the cookies thicker. They are also very soft and fluffy. :) Will definitely keep this recipe

Tuna Dip II
omg this is fantastic! I made this for a gathering with the girls later and my husband was my taste tester and he wants it all!!! I didn't have salsa so I subsituted with Picante Sauce and it's just grand
