I love food, but I work and go to school, so cooking time is limited to non-existent. I am also single, and not too concerned with what time of day I eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Who made the rule you couldn't have pancakes for dinner or tacos for breakfast?
I am moderately gluten intolerant. I will get sick from eating pizza, pasta or bread containing wheat. It sucks, especially since I used to bake from scratch. :P
All this contributes to the *ahem* "extreme pragmatism" of the recipes I post. They are not for great chefs, but for people like me who need something filling and tasty (and gluten free) to get them to the next stage of the day.
Perfect Flat Iron Steak
This was excellent steak. I had to use red wine vinegar instead of cabernet, and dried herbs for fresh and it was still fantastic. Just finished eating. :) I fried some onions and potatoes with it.
