Pork Marsala

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Easy to make and flavor delicious. I pulled the pork out first in order to cook up the mushrooms and garlic. Then moved to the side to add the pork to bottom. Moved mushrooms on top, added the marsala wine, covered and cooked for the 15 minutes suggested. Perfect taste. Thank you for this recipe. Will make many more times in future.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Best I have ever eaten. Didn't have buttery crackers and was afraid that the whole grain low fat wouldn't work but they were very crunchy and will use again. Thank you for this recipe. I have tried about 15 other recipes in past but this one was the perfect taste I have been searching for in a squash casserole.

Delicate Lemon Pound Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
Very delicate, just like it's name says. Didn't have lemon extract, so doubled up on vanilla and reduced lemon-lime soda to add zest and juice from one lemon. Wonderful texture. Thanks for the recipe. It's a keeper.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
Very good and a great base for adding anything else you want. I added leftover bacon and 1 cup colby/cheddar cheese shredded mix.

Berdean's Cube Steak

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2011
This is wonderful and easy to do. I love to saute some Vidalia onions and place on top the last 1/2 hour of cooking. Place over rice and this is one great meal.

Very good rice pudding. Enjoyed it just as much two days later as I did fresh and warm. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
Very easy to make. I used bamboo sticks broken in half instead of toothpicks. Will consider extra seasonings next time but good using original recipe. Thanks so much.

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
Added 1/4 cup apple cider to marinade. Suggest reserving part of marinade for basting during grilling. Will make again. Thanks for the recipe.

West Tennessee Corn Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
I had to make my own buttermilk using regular milk with a tsp. of lemon juice and then let it sit for 5 minutes. I will use this recipe from now on. Might put whole kernels and a touch of honey in it next time to see how it tastes. Thanks for the recipe.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
This is the second time I have used this marinade. I think this is a wonderful way to serve Mahi Mahi. A family member loves burned food so I used a cast iron skillet and cooked at a medium high heat on the skin side to sear for 6 minutes, then turned down stove for meaty side to finish cooking time. Came out great. Thanks for the recipe.

Best Friend Doggie Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
Followed recipe exactly and all three of my dogs loved the biscuits. Will make these in future and only thing I will do differently is make the biscuits in different sizes so the smaller dog does not have such a hard time breaking off a piece. Once they set, it was hard, even for me, to break one side off for the little dog.
