My husband and I LOVE this recipe and I make it all the time. I add chicken and use fettucine noodles instead of the udon. I also cut the soy sauce to 1 tablespoon and add a bit more chicken broth, pb and honey to accomodate our taste. Excellent!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These are the most amazing brownies I have EVER had! I will never go back to boxed again. I added a bit of brown sugar as others suggested and eliminated the chocolate chips and they still turned out great. Highly recommended...thanks for the recipe!

Best Ziti Ever

Excellent! My entire family loved it and it was really easy to make. I think I will add a little more mozzarella next time as I like lots of stringy cheese in my italian dishes :)

Six Week Bran Muffins

Absolutely perfect. Almost an exact replica of my mom's recipe from when I was a kid. So yummy and moist and they are so easy to keep in the fridge and make whenever you want fresh muffins!
