Slow Cooker Reuben Dip

This was amazing!! I am a huge Ruben fan and loved this. I'll be making this again and again. Thanks for the great recipe. It's nice to take something different.

Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire

This is absolutely delish!! I used dried pineapple, apricots and white raisins for my dried fruit. I also used mandarin oranges -draining most of the juice. I made it a few days ahead and it is even better so makes this a great time saver rather than making it on the holiday. I will be making this every year.

Oven Pot Roast

This was awesome! I made it almost exactly as listed...I didn't have any Vermouth so I used broth. It was tender, juicy and had an amazing gravy. I added potatoes and carrots the last hour. YUM This will be my new go to pot roast recipe.

The first time I made this I followed the recipe to a T. It was delicious as is. Now I use Sesame Oil and Rice Vinegar and it's got an amazing oriental flavor. I always make these changes now. GREAT recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This was awesome! I did pre-cook my chicken as I wasn't sure I'd be able to shred it in 5 hours. I also added a teaspoon of ground cumin and garlic salt. I did use sour cream and broken tortilla chips. My family also used tortilla chips like we normally would crackers as we ate it. YUM

Mom's Swedish Meatballs

Pumpkin Crumb Cake

I have made this probably 10 times now and always as a dessert to share at gatherings. It's a definite thumbs up! I also add 1 tsp. of nutmeg and a half teaspoon more of cinnamon. YUM it's a favorite and requested by family and friends. Also...I've made this with margarine before when I didn't have butter and I didn't like it as well.

Easy Turkey Gravy

This was very easy and extremely flavorful. I added chicken bouillon cubes and additional water to make a larger quantity and it was delicious! I froze what I had left and when using it later, it was still very good!

Ultimate Hoagie Dip

This was YUMMY and a nice change from the usual appetizers. I did make variations with what I had on hand and to add a bit more flavor. I did not use bologna...not a fan. I used chopped ham, diced salami, and diced cajun spiced deer stick. I used olive oil mayo and added some creamy italian dressing (1/2 cup or so). I also used some onion powder and celery salt. It was a hit! Will make it again for sure. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

This was GREAT - I meant to pre-bake before I added my toppings but got side-tracked and forgot. I was worried it wouldn't be crispy enough but it was just right. I followed the recipe exactly. My first attempt went awry...I used whole wheat flour from the freezer (DUH) and got a whole wheat ROCK as a result. I don't know if any others may have a blonde moment but must use room temperature flour :) Will make again soon

Grandma's Corn Pudding

This recipe is so good! I made it the first time at Thanksgiving and then was asked to make it again at Christmas. This now takes the place of the usual scalloped corn we made for years and years. I do want to experiment with making it a bit healthier but haven't made any variations to it yet.
