Spicy Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Hummus

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2015
This recipe is so quick and easy to make! Healthy too!!! We added a bit more cayenne because I like spicy. I was out of lemon juice so we used the juice from the pepper jar for liquid. It came out great!

NO YOLKS® Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2015
There was an actual argument in my house over the leftovers for this recipe. The only thing I changes was I used my Dutch oven and rather than putting everything Into a casserole dish I just put the Dutch oven into the oven eliminating a dirty dish to clean later. We got plenty of servings out of this and it was amazing heated up!!!

NO YOLKS® Beef Stroganoff

This recipe was so easy to make. The whole family loves it. The noodles didn't stick together which was fabulous. Next time I plan on using a bit more Paprika.

Dog Treats I

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
I really enjoyed making these. They were moderately easy and didn't make a huge mess. I substituted chicken stock because some of my dogs are allergic to beef.

Great easy to make recipe. Would be okay to substitute other cheeses if you do not have fontina on hand. Was awesome to heat up after too.

Spicy Sausage Pasta Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2013
Not my favorite. I really enjoyed the sausage in this, but I did not enjoy the peppers. I think next time I would nix the peppers and add more mushrooms just because that is what my family enjoys. I also did not use wine. Overall it was an ok recipe tho. I think I might enjoy it more with some homemade sauce. The jarred sauce I chose was on the bland side so I should have added some more salt and pepper and other spices.

Butterscotch Haystacks

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
Similar to a recipe my mother made when I was a kid using chocolate this sweeter recipe was AWESOME.. the marshmallows added some 'chew" while the chow mein gave the 'crunch' factor. We could not keep our kitchen stocked with these over the holiday!!! We even left some for Santa!

Made these for Thanksgiving. They were so rich and creamy, even days later. They were perfect for dinner AND left over sandwiches. Super easy to make and super delicious. I finally found the recipe I was looking for!

Quick and Flavorful Vegetables

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
This was the first time I used the Flavor Boost. I never really think of adding broth to veggies. I will from now on! My kids ate them like they were going out of style.

Caramelized French Toast

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
I really wish I had read reviews before I made this. The caramel sauce DID NOT WORK. Had I stopped before I added the water it would have been fine. But I didn't, I decided to follow the recipe to the end and add the water (even tho I had a perfect sauce for drizzling) and the water caused my caramel to seize. Bummer. Maybe the original author can amend the recipe? A beginner baker/cook could really get confused by this.

Barbecued Chicken Calzones

Quick and easy to make... But it also tasted like it. Not saying I wouldn't make it again. I probably would actually make it again..... just not for company or anything. My kids said they tasted like non greasy hot pockets.

Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2012
Not my favorite to this day. Peanut Butter pie to me is very traditional but I wanted to try the banana in it. I wasn't a fan. It really should be a clean smooth silky texture which this pie really did not have. It just was not to my liking.
