Byrdhouse Blistered Cherry Tomatoes
We loved this! A new favorite! I did change the butter for 1 Tbsp. olive oil, I added garlic after reducing the temperature, and I melted a 1/4 cup feta cheese. Delicious!

Chef John's Corned Beef Hash
For the most part I followed the recipe, the only thing I did different was I cooked the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker for a day and a half, but that was more for my benefit. I love the smell in my house and also it made chopping it easier, it just falls apart. I have never cooked corned beef so I never dreamed I could make corned beef hash. The recipe is simple and tasty! Huge success. And it freezes well, this makes a lot for two people to eat so we froze most of it. We just take it out and put it in the fridge the night before then pop it in the microwave. Yumm! Great Recipe!

Easy Chicken and Corn Chowder
This was fun to prepare. I did not use butter, I chopped 10 slices of bacon and added the carrot, celery, onion, garlic and then I added 2 diced Jalapenos and cooked the entire mix together then I added the flour and added everything into the slow cooker. I also added 2 cans of creamed corn to mine. I did not add any salt but I added a lot of fresh ground pepper. This was absolutely an amazing soup, and my house smelled wonderful. My roommate said he was drooling all day long, the bacon really adds a ton of flavor. I got the bacon idea from one of your other reviews by angel090401. I served this with Jalapeno Cheddar rolls and it was a huge hit, I had enough left over to freeze half and feed us a few more times.
