I'm a cheese-lover who just recently found out about a dairy and gluten allergy. It's made me change my entire cooking routine. To help keep me motivated to cook the foods I *should* be eating, I've created a cooking club with friends. A chance for all of us to practice new recipes, taste test them together and a way for everyone to hone their skills in a fun, social setting.

2.) Lighting the stove on fire while making spring rolls.
