Almond Butter Icing

These are fantastic! Followed ingredient list exactly, but used electric mixer. So easy! Topped with Almond Butter Icing and the first batch was gone in minutes. I'm still getting requests for the recipe. Definitely a keeper.

Key Lime Cheesecake I

If you are expecting a Cheesecake taste this recipe is NOT for you. It has the texture and look of a cheesecake, but a great lime flavor. This was so perfect on a hot summer day - I didn't change a thing. My fiance HATES cheesecake, so I lied and told him this was a type of Key Lime...he loved it. After devouring his 2nd piece, I confessed to the cheesecake but he told me this was one recipe he wanted on a regular basis! Thank you for sharing! The only thing I will do differently next time is to double the recipe so that it fills a 9" springform - I prefer a deep dish cheesecake.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

So, my fiance always makes the ribs whenever we BBQ. I really wanted to try this recipe, but he teased me about "leaving the ribs to the men." Needless to say the challenge was issued and during our BBQ on the 4th (30+ people) 6 racks of ribs that I made with this recipe disappeared as soon as they came off the grill - all my man's friends wanted my recipe! Thank you Scott for giving me the victory! lol (I followed the ingredient list exactly, but tripled it and marinated the ribs in it overnight.)

Chocolate Trifle

My super-picky 14yr old stepdaughter swears that she hates Cool Whip, but she couldn't get enough of this recipe. I made this for the 4th and I am still getting asked for the recipe! :)

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Decided to try this for the 4th...was a little nervous about making it for the first time with 30 people coming over but I had NOTHING to worry about. I tripled the recipe, made it the night before, and it was gone within an hour! I didn't change a thing, but may consider adding a little extra relish for kick! Thanks for sharing.

Proper English Cottage Pie

I followed the advice of previous reviewers...left out the cinnamon, and substituted ketchup for tomato paste. The result was fantastic!!!! Everyone (even the picky eaters) loved this dish...perfect for a cozy night in!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I followed the advice of other members and changed the following ingredients: 2 TBSP Vanilla, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 1 1/2 c. DARK Brown Sugar. Cook for exactly 12 minutes and they are perfect! Not too cakey or too chewy...my fiance can't get enough and has been telling everyone how good these are! When a man brags about a recipe it must be good. :o)
