Last night before I went to bed, I scoured over the pantry contents to figure out the next "freezer fix" for our family get together. I'm in charge of the desserts this year and I already have, cream cheese pound cake, and carrot cake in the freeze...

We have our family christmas, the weekend before Christmas... so that individual Families can be together, on Christmas Eve and Christmas day!
