Shredded Beef Chimichangas

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
Super easy to make. I added refried beans to the torilla, then added the meat.

Wally's Rib Rub

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
I originally thought there was too much sugar, but the ribs came out great! I will make a double recipe next time to keep on hand in an air tight container.

Spring Vegetable Bundles

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
Everyone loved these at Easter. Some fell apart, so next time I will tie them up, then insert a slender vegetable (carrot or string bean) to make the bundle snug.

Simple Stromboli

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
We liked this recipe, but I would omit the American cheese and double the Mozzarella. I think I would also add some Italian seasoning too.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
The flavor was good, but it looked a little dried out. If followed recipe and as others noted, it hardened quickly in the bowl after removing from stove.

Classic Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2012
I look forward to making these again. As others suggested, I changed the filling to brown sugar and cinnamon. I also made the rolls the night before and covered the slices in the pan with Saran wrap and a towel on top. They still rose in the refrigerator and just baked them in the morning. It was a huge time saver.

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
These beat the average baked beans, though mine came out a little dry, the flavor was wonderful. I also agree with other recommendations to fry the bacon seperately so it cooks thoroughly.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Great dish and my husband loved it. I would also put all the vegetables on a skewer(s) and the chicken on seperate skewers since they cook differently.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Loved these potatoes. I agree with other raters that you need to double the sauce recipe. I made with Yukon and they came out fine!

I made the meatballs and froze them until I was ready to use. After thawing, I made the sauce and served in a croq pot. Everyone loved them and people requested the recipe.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2006
It was wonderful and easy to prepare. I took others advice on the second preparation and reduced the soy sauce. It was too salty with 3 TBLS. I used maybe 1 tsp.

Yum Yum Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2013
I loved this sauce. I also added a little more tomato paste and only used Hellmann's. I am serving it with my yummy crab ball recipe instead of cocktail sauce!

Blonde Brownies I

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
Loved this recipe. As other viewers recommended, doubled the recipe, mixed chocolate chips into batter and stored in ziploc bags. Do not put in refrigerator, they become a little hard.

The best mac and cheese recipe yet. It didn't dry out and was very good. My husband loved it and I made very little change! Thanks for sharing.

My husband and I loved these. I also followed others advice and precooked the potatoes in microwave for 8 minutes, diced the onions and added extra cheese. YUM.
