Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2013
Its a keeper! So easy and quick. I used half seasoned bread crumbs and half panko. And to skip another dirty pan I just microwaved the oil and garlic for a minute. Sad, huh? Didn't make a difference though. Hubby wants it again.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2012
This was just okay. I also didn't enjoy the vinegar aspect, although upon reading other reviews it may be because my bottle had been open and in the fridge for a while. Next time I would reduce the balsamic and add the honey like others have suggested. I didn't notice that at first so I only added the honey half way through cooking, although I did add chopped garlic and white onion to the sauce during baking. Still was good, but I'd make it a bit sweeter if I made it again. Pork was a little under done at 145 degrees (1 hour). Okay for heating the middle as leftovers the next day though, so it doesn't dry out so much. If you're eating it in one sitting I'd cook it a smidge longer.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2012
I really didn't change this recipe and I'm glad I didn't. The hubby was drooling for more and asked if we could have it again really soon. No better review than that!

Heavenly Halibut

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2012
Excellent! Added a bit more hot sauce, but otherwise followed the rules. We couldn't stop eating it until we were downright uncomfortable! Had it with a white cheddar pasta side, which complemented the flavor very well. Quick, easy, yummy.

Meatball Nirvana

I substituted an egg for the milk and loved 'em! Lots of flavour and not too much heat. I used a red onion, that added some extra zip, too. Thanks!

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
I used all butter as suggested by some, and a heavy amount of Hershey's mini kisses to try and sweeten them up as suggested by others... The dough was still so thick I had to get my man to finish the mixing, they don't settle at all so I had clumps instead of cookies, and they tasted like flour biscuits with Hershey's kisses at best. I was thinking it would be impossible to make a dry, bland, choc chip cookie, but here's the recipe for it!

Delicious! I did half ketchup & half BBQ sauce... My fiancé told me they were AWESOME!
