Hummus III
I followed other's suggestions and added 1/4 tsp. of ground cumin, 4 garlic gloves, a touch of cayenne, a bit more lemon juice, and a little bit of the garbanzo bean liquid. It is very tasty

Chinese Broccoli
Yum. Next time I think I'll add a bit more garlic and some crushed red pepper. My DH wanted to give it 10 stars.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Wow! I added cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg, and some vanilla. The syrup for the pie was outstanding.
