Fluffy Pancakes

These pancakes are magnificent! They are soo fluffy, light, and delicious. The only change I made was using Canola oil instead of butter. AmAzInG! This recipe is a must try. Thanks for the recipe kris!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

EXCELLENT! Oh my goodness, this recipe is AMAZING! This was sooo much better than those store bought boxes! This recipe was great as written, but I really wanted to try using Dark Chocolate cocoa, and I have to say...It was also amazing! (especially if you like dark chocolate) I do hae to mention that I did take the advice of the other reviewers and stirred in a Tbsp of butter after it reached the consistancy that I wanted. Delish! I must try! Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe Debra! :)

Breakfast Sausage

I was debating over whether to follow the directions as written, or make some of the changes that other cooks mentioned in their reviews. I decided to follow the directions as written, and I'm glad that I did. My boyfriend and I LOVED them! We both thought that the recipe as written was great, I guess it just depends on your tastes. What I really loved is that it did not have any of the other...shall I say "stuff"....that is in the prepared breakfast sausage at the store. Thanks for the recipe Lee, we will definitely be making these in the future!

Peanut Butter and Banana Dog Biscuits

Just got done making these, and my pug, Buster, LOVES them! (He also really liked licking the bowls during the mixing process) I loved this recipe, because I had (just about) everything on hand already. (The only thing I didn't have was Wheat Germ, so I swapped it out with oatmeal.) I cut them in little Noah's Ark shapes, so they kinda looked like cute little animal crackers. (Although, I'm sure he could have cared less about the shapes.) Thanks for sharing Sandra! :)

Vodka Mocha Bundt Cake

OK, I've learned my lesson, I will read reviews BEFORE I make the recipe. Unfortunately, this time I didn't have enought time to read the reviews, or at least one relly important review from Diana who warned others not to use the 5.9 oz of pudding, use the smaller pack instead. Like her review predicted, my cake fell. It looks awful, and the taste is just OK. So, for everyone wanting to make this recipe DO NOT USE 5.9 OZ OF PUDDING!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

I loved this recipe! It tasted like something you would order at a really good Italian restaurant. Although I usually make the recipe as it is written, but I doubled the amount of spinach, and increased the garlic (4 cloves), and used a 20 oz package of refrigerated tortellini (I couldn't find a 16 oz). So delicious and sooo easy! Yummy! :)

Cheese Dip with Beer

I'm not a beer fan, but my friends were raving about a cheese dip made with beer, so I decided to try it, and, well, you won me over. I loved it! It really went well with cauliflower and broccoli! Next time I'll try it with just garlic powder (there's enough salt in the cheese). Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Spinach Triangles

Very easy to make, but I think that it needed some garlic (that would bring out the flavor of the spinach and the feta cheese). This was the first time that I used puff pastry, and they turned out gorgeous! Thanks for the recipe!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Followed the recipe exactly, and still felt like it needed a little something that I couldn't quite put my finger on. I thought it was really easy to make, and loved the consistency, but next time, I will buy a better quality jarred alfredo sauce, increase the garlic, and decrease the cayenne pepper. Easy Rum Cake

I made this for New Years Eve, and my boyfriend and I loved it! It was really moist, and did have a rum flavor that wasn't overpowering like other rum cakes that I have tried. The only thing I changed was substituting the oil for unsweetened applesauce. Loved it! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Amazingly good! I loved that it had a stronger cream cheese taste. I used the low fat cream cheese and margarine, and it was still pretty thick...and extremely delicious! Great recipe!

Garlic Green Beans

Really great! Almost tastes like the sauteed green beans that I order from the local Chinese restaurant! I used fresh local greenbeans, and even after I boiled then sauteed them they were still a bit too firm....but otherwise great flavor. I will make these again, but next time I will experiment with some asian spices (maybe soy sauce) instead of parm cheese. (Maybe I'll save some money by making these instead of buying them!) Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

This is the second time that I made this for my 'family' at work. This time, I didn't have enough Irish Cream so, I used half Irish Cream and half Kaluha. I had gotten raves before and I got raves again! I loved it and so did my co-workers. They said it really helped them get through the overnight inventory...hopefully all the counts are OK! Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

I was really excited to try this recipe. I decided that I would try it for New Year's. When I made it it overflowed over the sides, and when I took it out it was a mess. Get an extra large bundt pan, or maybe split it up into two pans. It seems like it would be so good, but I'm not willing to mess up my oven trying.
