Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Great recipe. As I do for most bread recipes, I substituted apple sauce for the oil. The bread was very moist.

This has become my standard chili recipe. I follow the recipe exactly as written.

Beef Stew IV
I followed the suggestions and used half beef broth and half water. Tasted great for dinner and even better the next day for lunch.
