I used this recipe on the dough setting. It was a little moist but baked perfectly. The result was a very light bread.

A good, heavier bread similar to a calabrese. Nice crust.

I added 1/4 tsp. cumin. Just enough to enhance the flavours of this dish. I also used chicken broth instead of water.

Perfect texture. Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside.

I added only 1 TB of grated onion for a more subtle flavour.

Great recipe. I cut down the sugar to 1/2 cup and they turned out perfectly. Better than banana bread.

Nice recipe when you are looking for something different to do with vegetables ... especially in the winter months. I play quite a bit with the recipe substituting different cheeses etc. so you can get many variations out of 1 base recipe. I omit the sugar as it is sweet enough without. I add a pinch of salt and a good grinding of fresh pepper. I have also used Gruyere cheese instead for a bit more kick. I use fresh broccoli and I have also substituted frozen corn when I don't have canned creamed corn on hand. I add some milk to the combined ingredients to give it the custard consistency. I have also thrown in some cauliflower. This recipe is now in my repertoire. Thank you JM.

I use a hot air popper as in another review. Sometimes I add nuts but mostly not. I try and not make this too often since I can't seem to stop eating it :)

This a keeper fo us. I increased the peanut butter to 3 Tb. and marinade for no more than 2 hours. I like to make these in advance for a party so I grill the chicken only until half done to get the flavour, wrap them in foil (where they will continue to cook for a few minutes), then finish them off in a 350 oven for approx 15 minutes. I always serve these with a spicy Thai peanut sauce.

Great recipe. I marinated pork tenderloin for 4 hours and then put them on the grill. My husband agrees that it is a keeper. I used Madras chili powder for a bit of heat.

I used a piece of parchment paper for the bottom of the pan and the cake came out perfectly. The cake sliced in half beautifully as I used a piece of dental floss that another reviewer suggested. This is a wonderful recipe. The rich chocolate flavour of the cake and filling are not too sweet which is always my biggest challenge when looking for recipes. We did not find this bland in the least and have given this recipe a permanent place in our collection.

The bread was very tough and doughy as they didn't rise well. I have been making cinnamon buns for years and wanted to try a bread that was a bit diferent. I will stick to my original recipe for the bread (basic white) which has a light and fluffy texture. I will use the icing recipe as it does taste like the one that Cinnabon uses.

Great recipe. I used 1 Tb Dijon and placed them on the grill in one of those BBQ grill pans. I let them cool and added them at the last minute to the "Angel's Pasta" recipe on this site. Tasty light summer meal. This recipe now has a permanent place in my file. Thank you Gail.

Loved this! This is a great quick and very tasty recipe. I added "Basil Shrimp" found on this site at the last minute. It can't get much quicker for a fantastic dish.

Wonderful recipe. Served this in Endive leaves. Best at room temperature.
