Black-Eyed Peas and Tortillas
This was fabulous and I'll be making it a LOT! I put a bag of dried black eyed peas into the slowcooker with water and cooked on high about 4 hours. Once drained they were ready for this recipe. As per other reviews I added chicken stock and cumin. I also added a jar of my homemade salsa and canned jalapenos. Served with corn tortillas. LOVED this recipe. I can see so many uses for the leftovers - salads, burritos, nachos, etc. Thanks for the recipe!

Vanilla Ice Cream V
This. Is. Too. Die. For. I used vanilla bean paste to flavour....MMMmmmmm! I've been trying to get away from processed food, including ice-cream, and this seriously ROCKS. Thanks for sharing the recipe! (PS - I scaled the recipe to 18 servings and for my hubby and I it is the perfect amount. It also is the perfect amount for our ice cream maker).

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
This was good. I was tired and didn't feel like cooking - this fit the bill perfectly. Already had leftover rice. Added some chicken and garlic powder - also sautéed onion, some peppers and a bit of shredded cabbage. Hubby really enjoyed it too. Thanks for the recipe!
