Barbecue Ribs

I left out the rum, the ribs were still phenomenal. I also boiled the ribs the day before I needed them. The next day, I microwaved the mixture for about 3 minutes , then cut the ribs apart and placed them (all together) on cookie sheet length double-thick aluminum foil, poured the sauce over them and folded over the top of the coated ribs like a present, threw them on the grill for about 25 minutes at med/hi setting.. I need to make more next time.

Applesauce Cake IV

I liked the flavor of the cake, but the texture turned out too dry and was not coming out of the pan easy. I think that the applesauce wasn't a distinguishable flavor over the cloves. Just tasted like spice cake.
