Braised Balsamic Chicken

Superb! Super Easy. Defnitely cut the balsamic in half (to 1/4 cup), and replace it with an additional 1/4 cup of broth. I may try white wine instead as well.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Thought it was good. Not great. Definitely reduce choc. chips at least in half. I used only 1 cup and still felt like it was a lot.

Excellent. Rarely do I find a recipe that both my picky 7 year old and picky fiance' both agree on and request I make again! The original recipe did not call for Worcestershire and used 1/2 ground beef/1/2 turkey. I only used turkey.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Great no fat option. I replace with whole wheat flour (or 1/2 & 1/2) and often use muffin cups instead of loaf for quicker cooking and ease of freezing/serving.

Lighter Banana Muffins

Good lighter version. My son loves these. I make them often (usually are a bit denser since I make with whole wheat flour; if you want lighter stick with all purpose)

Oven Barbecued Pork Chops

Sauce is very flavorful. OJ adds flavor/tang but does not make it taste like orange. Used boneless, but would have been better, more moist, with bone in/thicker chops. Use stove top pan that can transfer to oven to reduce time/dirty dishes.

Watermelon Lemonade

Excellent! Very light and refreshing. Easy to make. I only had enough lemons to make ~1/4 cup juice, so I used orange juice for the rest. perfect

Quick Pickled Jalapeno Rings

Quick and easy! Also very good. I added some carrots, onions, and bell peppers I had around as well. Just doubled the recipe to account for the need for more liquid. Just don't wear gloves when handling the jalapenos if you plan on removing contact lenses from your eyes later that day. OUCH!
