Mack's Tunaburgers
Made a lot of changes, so many maybe I should make a new recipe. Instead of burgers, I made meatballs for my toddlers. I was out of teriyaki sauce, so I used hoisin sauce. I left out the hot pepper (again, toddlers). I also used canned salmon instead of tuna. Finally, I was out of ordinary bread crumbs, so I used panko. The result was fabulous! Too up the vietnamese factor, I will probably add some cilantro and a bit of thai basil to the mix. When our kids are old enough and more used to hot spice, I'll add sriracha for the hot sauce.

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili
Like other reviewers, I thought it smelled wonderful while cooking. It just was rather bland and too sweet. I would have left out the baked beans, added more chili pepper, a bit of salt, and perhaps cayenne to give it spice. I would not call this chili, instead I would call it a bean stew.

Whisky Tea
Wonderful! I will certainly add this to my list of go-to solutions when I or my family is stressed, sick, or cold. I used PG Tips and Woodford Reserve. It's bourbon, but that's what I had on hand. It was either that or DH's Lagavulin. I'm not into scotch and I think the peaty taste would conflict with the softer tastes of the milk and sugar.
