Can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is? It's taking over & I'd like to research it. I usually keep the tags on the plants, but can't find it on this one.  Sorry, the sun was shining weirdly & I didn't get very good pics. Here is a fuller version.  And, I'd also like to know what… MORE

Low-Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
This is great! So refreshing. I only have sweetened vanilla almond milk so I didn't use the sugar or vanilla. I used french vanilla coffee creamer for the heavy cream. I added a frozen banana and just eyeballed the peanut butter since I don't like it heavily pb*ery. Thanks for the recipe!

Monkey Bread Kabobs
Yummy! I'm a huge fan of anything sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. I scaled it down to just one tube since I'm the only one that will eat sweets. I wish I had thought of pineapple, that would have been so good with it. Oh well, I'll save that idea for next time. I do kind of miss having the gooey caramel that you get when you make this in a pan, but this was still a tasty, easy snack. Thanks for sharing this creative, run recipe!

Sugar-Free Cardamom-Mango Smoothie
I love cardamom and it was delicious in this smoothie. I scaled this back since I'm only making it for myself - I used one mango and it was super juicy and sweet. I also used a sweetened vanilla almond milk so I had no need for the fake sugar (which I'm very leery of anyway). Used greek yogurt. I had to add a lot more ice which really diluted the flavor. I should have used frozen fruit. I did enjoy it, but I'll stick to my normal smoothie recipe.
