Can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is? It's taking over & I'd like to research it. I usually keep the tags on the plants, but can't find it on this one.  Sorry, the sun was shining weirdly & I didn't get very good pics. Here is a fuller version.  And, I'd also like to know what… MORE

Cindy's Jambalaya
So delicious! So easy to use up leftovers. We had leftovers from a crab dinner so I made fish stock and used that in place of the chicken. I also had leftover brown rice and some roasted corn that I added at the end.

Grilled Onions and Potatoes
These were delicious and totally devoured. I went back for more and the boys had eaten every bit of it. I didn't have the full amount of mayo so I subbed in some sour cream and also a bit of Ranch dressing. I messed with the spices (I make an all purpose low salt mix) and added lots of granulated garlic and more pepper (we love pepper). I had some sharp cheddar in the fridge that needed to be used so I tossed some in. Yum, I might just make some more today. I'm going to try and use greek yogurt and see if that works since I'm out of mayo.

Low-Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
This is great! So refreshing. I only have sweetened vanilla almond milk so I didn't use the sugar or vanilla. I used french vanilla coffee creamer for the heavy cream. I added a frozen banana and just eyeballed the peanut butter since I don't like it heavily pb*ery. Thanks for the recipe!
