Cantonese Style Lobster

I have been killing/cooking lobsters for 40 years. Next time try to put it in the freezer then turn it over and put a very sharp knife into the soft area where the tail meets the body. When you do that it cuts the spinal cord and the lobster dies. You will also find a "sack" behind the eyes. DO NOT EAT THAT. That is the stomach. Pull it out and discard. I hope this helps.

Fruit Dip II

If your looking for French Garnier Orgeat.............try "Orgeat White Almond Syrup. made by Fee Brothers. It can be found in most Liquor Store.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

I have been making my sauce this way for 25 years. The only change is to cook the green peppers until they are soft, put them in your blender then into the sauce. You need the green peppers for flavor. When the sauce is done let it sit for 24 hours to let the flavors blend. Enjoy!

Lobster Fricassee

I've been cooking lobster for 35 years. 8 minutes is not long enough to fully cook a lobster. The recipe sound wonderful but please cook the lobsters (1 1/2 lb) for 20 minutes.
