If you are just starting to freezer cook, consider using already tested recipes from freezer cookbooks or freezer cooking web-sights. Usually their instructions are very specific about how to assemble the meal.

I was helping a couple of friends plan for their first Team Up freezer cooking event. They used several of my freezer recipes. They also chose a few of their own.
