Slow Cooker Roast Beef
22 hours is way overkill. It will be done in 7 or 8, if not less. Other than that, delicious!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
AMAZING! Looks good, tastes great, pretty easy. My only minor complaint is that there isn't a lot of filling. I am making this again soon and will try doubling the filling amount.

Good For You Cheesecake
Great basic recipe! I used this recipe for mini-cheesecakes, so I altered it some, but it tastes delicious!
