I got this recipe from my friend, Tracey Gooding, and it is fabulous and easy! Will be a regular in my countdown from now on.
Tracey's Pumpkin Cookies
1 c. pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/2 c. Butter-flavor Crisco
1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon

Hi everyone,
