Fluffy French Toast
I have been looking for a simple but delicious french toast recipe for the longest time on here!! This one did not disappoint! Flour...what a great idea..I found followed the recipe exaclty. I found that as it sat it combined better and the later one had better taste. Next time I will let the mixture sit a little bit before rewhisking and then dipping. I also rewhisked frequently during the process. Lots of room for variation...great idea on the addition of flour. My best french toast ever. Thanks for the recipe.

Orange Roughy with Citrus Sauce
Giving this 5 stars based on the suggestions. Fish alone was delicious and I'm not crazy about orange roughy. I made sure the fish was crispy. Increased the orange juice to 3 T and decreased lime to 1 T, still added a bit of sugar will try it without next time. I served the sauce on the side to avoid the sogginess issue and let people add to taste. My little food critics loved it!...and I did too!! So easy, definitely will do again.

Quick Quiche
Made this for a quick dinner tonight and it was delicious. I accidentally omitted the butter but otherwise followed it exactly. Can't complain about less fat!
