Indonesian Pork Tenderloin

I was really excited to try this on some guests but was very disappointed. The meat was tender and looked beautiful but we did not care for the flavor. The guests said it was ok but they didn't eat as much as they usually did and no compliments on it. Not much flavor and just too spicy for our taste -think if I ever tried this again I would add some honey.

Lower Fat Banana Bread I

I was really impressed that it came out moist and looked beautiful. The picture looked alittle flat but it doesn't come out that way. I'm on my 2nd loaf today and only added some pecans to add alittle crunch.

Slow-Cooked Chili

Excellent chili and so easy...I did use 1/2 ground turkey with the ground beef but it will definately be made again and again this winter.
